Enables or disables the SharedMem protocol for the TFS. The SharedMem protocol as a communication transport protocol for remote connections from clients running on the same machine. This transport is not supported by all OS vendors.

Default Value

If the sharedmem option is not defined, the default value of ON is used.

Example: sharedmem=ON
